- The next program will begin June 2026
- if you are accepted, you will gain the 1,000 hours of experience credit that is needed to take your National License Exam in your state
- States that accept this MPAT Program: MS, LA, TN, WV, SC. Additional states are pending approval and will be listed as soon as the final approval process has been completed.

- Only 20 people will be selected from multiple states.
- Likely the 3rd or 4th week in October and the first 2 weeks in November I will begin interviewing ONLY the individuals that sent in a resume.
- You are required to watch all the videos because I do not explain the program – it is too detailed and would take an inordinate amount of time.
- Cost of the program is $10,000.
- Down payment of $6,000 – due when accepted to the program
- $500 per month for 8 months
- The tuition for training is individualized to the particular program you are accepted into, the length of the program, and the number of students enrolled. A fee expectancy can be equaled to 3 or 4 semesters at a local community college. Student/trainee will need to take 83 hrs. of Qualifying Education prior to beginning the training program:
- Basic Appraisal Principles — 30 hrs. (clock hours)
- Basic Appraisal Procedures — 30 hrs. (clock hours)
- 15-Hour National USPAP Course — 15 hrs. (clock hours)
- Supervisor/Trainee for the state — 4 hrs. (clock hours)
- Valuation Bias & Fair Housing Laws & Regulations – 8 hrs. (clock hrs.)
Cost of this Qualifying Education is approximately $1,100 – not included with tuition for the practicum program
