MPAT – Appraiser Training Program

  2. These are all videos that explain:
    1. how the appraiser training program works
    2. the time commitment required
    3. the effectiveness of this practicum appraiser training program
  3. The next program will begin September 15, 2026
    1. if you are accepted, you will gain the 1,000 hours of experience credit that is needed to take your National License Exam in your state
  4. States that accept this MPAT Program:  MS, LA, TN, WV, SC, TX.  Additional states are pending approval and will be listed as soon as the final approval process has been completed.
  5. To be considered, you must submit your resume by email to mbond@ceinstructor.com
  6. Only 20 people will be selected from multiple states.
  7. I will begin interviewing ONLY the individuals that sent in a resume.
  8. You are required to watch all the videos because I do not explain the program – it is too detailed and would take an inordinate amount of time.
  9. Cost of the program is $10,000.
    1. Down payment of $6,000 – due when accepted to the program
    2. $500 per month for 8 month
