This course discusses changing markets. With all of the loan forbearance products that are currently looming, the likelihood of some of these properties becoming foreclosures is pretty significant. Supply and Demand may change suddenly.

Review of FHA, VA, USDA, and Fannie Mae reporting protocol for changing markets. We will review a Supplemental REO Addendum.
