Course: Learning Objectives: Build the residential Appraiser’s skillset for identifying qualifying and quantifying differences between the subject property and the comparables utilized.

Skills Obtained: The Appraiser will be exposed to various statistical tools and techniques for quantifying adjustments in the Sales Comparison grid. The Appraiser will also develop a high level of proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and well-supported commentary for any opinions or conclusions within the appraisal report

Virtual – you will be provided a zoom meeting link for the class.   Course will be offered in a 2-day setting. Dates/Times listed below:

Virtual Classroom —The day of the course, you will receive a Zoom Meeting link to join. You must be stationary for the entire class: no walking around, driving, writing an appraisal report, etc.  during class time.

You must join by computer, laptop or tablet – no cellphone connections allowed. 

You must be an active listener and active participant to receive CE credit – state requirement.

Attendee must have AUDIO and VIDEO equipment in order to receive CE credit
