Time: 10:30 am – 2:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (each day)

Virtual – you will be provided a zoom meeting link for the class.   Course will be offered in a    2-day setting. Dates/Times listed above:

Virtual Classroom —The day of the course, you will receive a Zoom Meeting link to join. You must be stationary for the entire class: no walking around, driving, writing an appraisal report, etc.  during class time.

You must join by computer, laptop or tablet – no cellphone connections allowed. 

You must be an active listener and active participant to receive CE credit – state requirement.

Attendee must have AUDIO and VIDEO equipment in order to receive CE credit
Review of: Course Objectives:

  • An in-depth review of the UAD 3.6 reporting methods.
  • Discussion will focus on the specific types of information
  • Demonstration of how the information is to be reported
  • Demonstration of how the reporting adapts to the specific property type
  • We will view section-by-section of the new reporting
  • Taking the deep-dive into how to properly address information
  • Fewer revision requests
  • Clearer communication
