Dates/Times listed below:Virtual Classroom —The day of the course, you will receive a Zoom Meeting link to join. You must be stationary for the entire class: no walking around, driving, writing an appraisal report, etc. during class time. You must join by computer, laptop or tablet – no cellphone connections allowed. You must be an active listener and active participant to receive CE credit – state requirement. Attendee must have AUDIO and VIDEO equipment in order to receive CE credit |
| Review of: | An in-depth, section-by-section review of the new Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac UAD 3.6 reporting methods.
Discussion will focus on the specific types of information that must be researched, how the information is to be reported and how the new reporting adapts to the specific property type. Each section of the new report will be demonstrated, and the NEW areas of information will be discussed. Learning to navigate the new UAD 3.6 |
